A real and current problem exists in many workplaces. The problem is that companies have not been great or consistent at promoting women of color to senior roles and it is not due to a lack of ambition or knowledge.
To progress from individual contributors through mid-level leadership to senior leadership roles, women of color must understand how to navigate the organizational dynamics that can stifle their careers.
The HUE Leadership Alliance, Inc. is committed to increasing the representation of female leaders of color through our development programs.
Women of color face many obstacles in workplaces that members of other groups do not face. We are here to educate our members and help them succeed on their terms.

The programs combine self-paced assignments and group meetings to ensure knowledge is gained, retained, and applied.
In our programs, we form cohorts of women who will grow and support one another on their individual journeys.
